Composition Design Of Box Furnace

Structural design
The furnace is made of stainless steel plate, surrounded by a heating and hot air circulation chamber, and the hot air flows in the furnace, which greatly improves the temperature uniformity. Due to the stirring of hot air, the convection and soaking effect of the atmosphere in the furnace chamber are strengthened.


The furnace chamber and the furnace frame are separated, and the furnace chamber is placed on load-bearing rollers at the bottom of the furnace frame, which can slide freely front and back. When the furnace chamber is heated, it can be freely elongated along the length.


In order to prevent the leakage of hot gas in the furnace chamber, a total of 2 layers of sealing are designed from the inside to the outside of the furnace door. The inner layer is sealed with ceramic fiber rope, and the outer layer is sealed with silicone rubber sealing ring, in order to prolong its service life, a stainless steel cooling water jacket is designed at the furnace muzzle seal for cooling and cooling. The door lock adopts a multi-point handwheel rotation locking mechanism, which can lock evenly around the door at the same time. In addition, the furnace door fixture is installed on the end face of the furnace chamber and adopts a movable double hinge mechanism, which can move with the free elongation of the furnace chamber and has a better sealing effect.


The top of the equipment is designed with an exhaust chimney for exhaust gas and smoke generated during the heating process, and the exhaust flow can be controlled by adjusting the handle of the damper.


Control system design
The control system is integrated on the furnace body. The intelligent program temperature controller is selected, and the adjustment of the temperature curve is carried out by setting automatic control. The linear combination constitutes a control quantity and controls the control object. The thermostat receives the signal detected by the thermocouple and controls the power module.


Fan position design
The fan is located at the rear of the furnace, and the air is blown through the heating element through the volute and the air ducts on both sides, and the atmosphere is heated horizontally into the furnace to evenly heat the workpiece, and then sucked into the circulating fan through the rear suction port to fully circulate and stir.


Deflector design
The volute has a significant impact on the performance of the fan, and if the volute is removed, the performance of the fan will be reduced by more than 50%. The hot air box furnace adopts a double circulation mode, the fan is placed at the rear of the furnace body, there are two circulating air ducts on both sides, and the rear volute has two-way air outlet.


In the hot air cavity, due to the limited space, the expansion section of the volute is shorter, the outlet area is large, and the airflow pressure loss is larger. When designing the volute, the shape of the deflector should strive to diffuse reasonably, the number of deflectors should be 4~8 pieces, and the installation angle of the deflector should be determined according to the shape of the impeller and the size of the flow rate. The width of the volute is designed so that it does not touch the impeller.
