Car Furnace

The car furnace is a large heating furnace that uses a trolley to feed large carbon steel and alloy steel parts, and can perform heat treatment processes such as heating, annealing, normalizing, tempering, surface quenching, and tempering on the parts.

Structure of car furnace: mainly composed of combustion chamber, furnace body, furnace door, pipeline, fan, electrical instrument, etc.

The shell of the trolley-type heating furnace is welded with steel plates and steel sections. The trolley is welded with steel sections and steel plates. The trolley reduces heat radiation and convection losses through soft contact with the furnace lining, effectively ensuring the sealing of the furnace body.

Furnace lining: The furnace body of the furnace is entirely made of refractory fiber structure. High-aluminum bricks are used to build the pressure-resistant part of the trolley, and the lower part is insulated with insulation bricks.

The roller rolls on the guide rail to realize the lifting and lowering of the furnace door, and the spring clamping mechanism is used to seal the furnace door, which improves the sealing and reduces friction damage to the fiber.

The movable mechanisms of the electric furnace adopt interlocking control to prevent accidents due to misoperation.

The heating element is spirally wound with high-temperature resistance alloy wire and is installed on the side of the furnace and on the wire bricks for placing the trolley.

A pressure-resistant and high-temperature resistant cast steel furnace bottom plate is installed on the trolley to carry the workpiece. In order to prevent the oxide scale generated after the workpiece is heated from falling into the surrounding of the heating element through the gap between the furnace bottom plates and causing damage to the heating element, the contact between the furnace bottom plate and the furnace body adopts plug-in contact.

Because the furnace body and the furnace car have relative access, considering the expansion after heating, this part adopts fiber cotton soft contact seal and sand seal structure. The characteristics of this sealing structure are reliable sealing and easy maintenance.

The whole electric furnace is divided into 12 zones for temperature control. Each temperature zone uses a thermocouple for temperature control and temperature detection. The control method is program-controlled PID automatic adjustment, and the temperature is adjusted by a thyristor zero-crossing trigger circuit. And contactor protection control is adopted. The intelligent digital display temperature controller can set, correct, digitally display and control the temperature.
