The bottom of the trolley heat treatment furnace is equipped with a traveling mechanism, which is pulled out or dragged into the furnace by the traction mechanism along the track on the ground, making it easy to load and unload workpieces outside the furnace. In order to improve the uniformity of the furnace temperature, electric heating elements are installed under the trolley bottom plate or on the furnace door and rear wall, and a fan is installed on the top of the heating chamber to force the furnace gas to circulate. The trolley electric heating element is generally energized by a contact, a fixed contact is provided at the tail, and a spring moving contact is provided behind the furnace body to ensure that the contact is in good contact after the trolley enters the furnace.
