The all fiber trolley furnace can be used for quenching, annealing and normalizing of high manganese steel castings, rolling rollers, steel balls, stainless steel, etc.

The all fiber trolley furnace is mainly composed of furnace body and sealing device, trolley and trolley driving mechanism, furnace door and sealing clamping device, heating element and fixing device, electrical control system, temperature automatic control system, etc.

The furnace body frame is made of channel steel and angle steel welding, and the shell side plate is welded with Q235 steel plate. The furnace lining is a composite structure of refractory bricks and fiber packaged folding blocks, and the furnace wall fiber is 1260 high-purity type produced by Shandong Luyang Company.

The trolley is composed of a frame, a trolley lining, a furnace bottom plate, a trolley traction mechanism, etc. The trolley frame is made of channel steel, the wheel main beam is made of channel steel joint beam, and the trolley enclosure is made of Q235 steel plate welding. The trolley walking mechanism adopts a wheel-type self-propelled mode. The trolley is driven by a sprocket chain. The trolley furnace lining is built with heavy bricks on the surface and light bricks on the insulation layer. The furnace bottom plate is made of high-temperature heat-resistant cast steel.

The outer frame of the furnace door is made of channel steel, and the enclosure is welded and formed by Q235 steel plate. The inner lining of the furnace door is made of full fiber structure. The lifting and lowering of the furnace door adopts an electric hoist as the lifting and lowering power of the furnace door. The sealing of the furnace door and the furnace body adopts an electric push rod clamping mechanism.

The heating element is made of high-alloy resistance belt into a corrugated type. The resistance belt is fixed to the furnace lining fiber by a new type of porcelain screw suspension method.

The wiring, cabinet installation, cabinet size, structure, cabinet surface paint film of the electrical control system meet the general industry standards, and the device installation, wiring and various identifications meet the electrical standards. The main control devices and operating parts such as bidirectional thyristors, triggers, AC contactors, fast fuses, relays, buttons, signal indicators, etc. are advanced domestic or foreign brand products. The temperature of each temperature zone is controlled by an intelligent program temperature controller. Power regulation is achieved by adjusting the distribution of the waveform per unit time.
