The high temperature trolley furnace has a precise structure and uses composite fiber or full fiber insulation, which has the best energy-saving and power-saving effect. The high-precision trolley furnace uses multi-zone and multi-segment heating elements, multi-zone temperature control, multiple microcomputers, and high-precision program temperature control in different zones and sections. The temperature control accuracy is ±1℃, and it can automatically and accurately execute various heat treatment process curves. It is mainly used for heat treatment of steel castings and iron castings, as well as precision mechanical parts, which require extremely high furnace temperature uniformity and temperature accuracy.

Furnace body and lining: The shell of the high-precision high-temperature trolley furnace is welded by steel plates and steel sections, and adopts ultra-light vacuum ball energy-saving bricks and high-purity fiber composite lining, or all-ceramic fiber insulation lining, and the furnace mouth adopts heavy anti-collision bricks and heavy high-aluminum anti-pressure bricks on the trolley surface.

Trolley: The trolley furnace body and the trolley are built with labyrinth refractory materials, and the latest technology of self-acting sealing mechanism is used to reduce the heat loss of the trolley furnace and improve the uniformity of furnace temperature. The bottom of the furnace body is connected to the trolley light rail. Users do not need to install the foundation, just put it on the flat cement floor for use.

Furnace door: The lifting of the furnace door is realized by rolling the rolling wheel up and down on the guide rail, which not only ensures the sealing between the furnace door and the furnace body when closing the furnace door, but also ensures that the masonry will not be damaged by friction during the opening process. The movement of the furnace door and the trolley is provided by the motor through the worm gear reducer and chain drive, and is equipped with an electromagnetic brake for appropriate adjustment.

Heating element: The material is internationally common OCr27Al7Mo2 resistance wire or resistance belt, and the exclusive production of anti-wire falling 20° inclined wire bricks, the maximum operating temperature of the element is 1440℃.

Furnace bottom plate: The trolley is equipped with a chromium-manganese-nitrogen heat-resistant steel furnace bottom plate or a 1200℃ silicon carbide furnace bottom plate to carry the workpiece.

Temperature control system: Our company's patented high-precision high-temperature trolley furnace is equipped with a microcomputer three-zone or multi-zone program automatic temperature control cabinet. Three or more zone microcomputers are used to perform high-precision automatic temperature control and furnace door trolley operation control for each zone heating. There are three or more microcomputers on the temperature control cabinet, and a multi-channel color screen paperless automatic recorder, which mainly controls and records the furnace temperature automatically. The temperature control cabinet mainly controls the temperature of the trolley furnace with high precision and contactless 8-segment program through microcomputer fuzzy logic operation plus PID operation, so that the trolley furnace user sets the optimal heat treatment process temperature program curve to run and realize the automation of the heat treatment process. The temperature control accuracy reaches ±1℃.

In order to improve the uniformity of furnace temperature, the high-temperature trolley furnace adopts three-zone heating and arranges the heating elements according to the uniform temperature wire method. In order to compensate for the heat loss at the furnace mouth, the heating elements in zones I, II and III are arranged in different ranges, so that the high-precision high-temperature trolley furnace can maintain the uniform temperature in the three zones during the heating and insulation process. The uniformity of the furnace temperature can reach ±3-5℃.
