The person on duty shall not leave the post without authorization, and pay attention to the external conditions of the sensor and crucible.
4. When loading, check whether there are flammable and explosive and other harmful items mixed in the furnace charge. If there are, they should be removed in time. It is strictly forbidden to add cold and wet materials directly to the molten steel. It is strictly forbidden to add large pieces of materials after the molten liquid is filled to the top to prevent the capping.
5. When repairing the furnace and pounding the crucible, it is strictly forbidden to mix iron filings and iron oxide. The pounding crucible must be dense.
6. There should be no obstacles and water accumulation in the pouring site and the pit in front of the furnace to prevent the molten steel from falling to the ground and exploding.
7. The molten steel should not be filled too full. When pouring with a hand ladle, two people should cooperate with each other and walk steadily. Do not walk or stop suddenly. After pouring, the remaining steel should be poured into the designated place. It is strictly forbidden to dump it randomly.
8. The medium frequency generator room should be kept clean. It is strictly forbidden to bring in flammable and explosive items and other sundries into the room. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
