1. The trolley-type resistance furnace is a standard energy-saving circulating furnace. Its composite fiber folded block and fiber blanket structure offers ultra-energy savings of up to 30%.
2. The trolley features anti-collision sealing bricks, automatic sealing of the trolley and furnace door, and an integrated connecting rail, requiring no foundation installation and can be used simply by placing it on a level surface.
3. It is mainly used for quenching, annealing, aging treatment of high-chromium and high-manganese steel castings, ductile iron, rolls, steel balls, 45 steel, stainless steel, etc., as well as heat treatment of various mechanical parts.
4. A cast steel furnace bottom plate is mounted on the trolley for loading workpieces. The multiple furnace bottom plates use a snap-fit structure, effectively preventing oxide scale generated after workpiece heating from falling onto the heating elements through the gaps between the furnace bottom plates, thus preventing damage to the heating elements.
5. The heating elements are made of high-temperature resistance alloy wire or ribbon processed into strips and spirals. The furnace sides, furnace door, rear wall, and the wire support bricks on which the trolley is placed are fixed with high-alumina nails, ensuring safety, simplicity, and easy replacement. The furnace door assembly consists of the furnace door, a furnace door lifting mechanism, and a furnace door clamping device. This invention employs a robust frame structure welded from the furnace door shell and steel plates, with an inner layer made of refractory fiber pressed modules, requiring good thermal insulation performance and light weight. The furnace door lifting device is electrically powered and mainly consists of a furnace door frame, a furnace door lifting beam, a reducer, sprockets, a drive shaft, bearings, and other components. The furnace door lifting is driven by the forward and reverse transmission of the reducer. The furnace door lifts smoothly and effectively prevents displacement during lifting. The furnace door press adopts an advanced domestic spring-type clamping structure. When the furnace needs to be lifted, the weight of the furnace door automatically opens it via a lever, moves it horizontally a certain distance, and then lifts it upwards. When the furnace door descends to its final position and needs to be pressed onto the trolley's pulleys, the spring force, through the lever, moves the furnace door horizontally onto the trolley. When the furnace door descends onto the trolley and falls onto the pulleys at the furnace opening, and is then lowered onto the trolley, the spring force, through the lever, moves the furnace door horizontally onto the trolley. This ensures no friction between the fiber surface and the furnace opening cotton, resulting in good safety performance and a long service life.
6. The trolley frame is constructed of welded steel sections, ensuring its rigidity and preventing deformation under full load. The interior is constructed of refractory bricks, with heavy-duty bricks used in easily impacted and load-bearing areas to enhance the strength of the furnace lining structure. The trolley uses a self-propelled structure, with a reducer driving a sprocket to propel the wheels along the tracks. The trolley seal employs an automatic labyrinth structure and a soft-contact double-seal structure. After the trolley enters the furnace, it automatically rises and seals itself through the inclined surfaces of the cams and rollers. As the trolley exits, the sealing groove automatically descends, and once the sealing sand in the groove is full, frequent refilling is unnecessary. During machine operation, the furnace door's lifting and lowering are electrically controlled and equipped with an electromagnetic brake to prevent inertial impact on the furnace body. An interlocking control system automatically cuts off the heating elements and restores power to the trolley's traveling mechanism when the furnace door is slightly opened. When the furnace door is fully closed, the power to the trolley's traveling mechanism is automatically cut off, and power to the heating elements is restored.
