Product Features

 

1. Hydrogen is lightweight and has high thermal conductivity. It can easily penetrate between the layers of steel coils, improving heat transfer efficiency and increasing the circulation volume of protective gas in the hood.

 

2. Hydrogen, as a reducing gas, can reduce FeO to iron under high temperature conditions and effectively reduce the impact of rolling oil (residual carbon) brought by the cold rolling mill.

 

3. Using pure hydrogen as a protective atmosphere can make the crystallization process more uniform, thereby ensuring that the mechanical properties of the annealed products are more uniform.

Working principle

 

The core principle of the bell annealing furmace is to achieve efficient annealing of metal materials in a closed environment through the high thermal conductivity, low density and reducibility of hydrogen. ‌
