Product Concept
The high precision pit furnace is a military standard energy-saving pit furnace, mainly used for aerospace, military enterprises or automotive precision parts tempering, annealing, quenching and other heat treatments. The product adopts military standard quality control, and the temperature control accuracy and furnace temperature uniformity are manufactured using the highest standards in the industry.
Product structure
The shell of the high precision pit furnace is made of steel plates and steel sections into a cylindrical furnace body, all of which are sealed and welded. The furnace lining adopts the highest quality standard ceramic fiber full fiber. The heating element is made of 0Cr27Al7Mo2 high-resistance alloy belt all around the furnace. The furnace cover is electrically lifted, and a limit switch is installed near the lifting mechanism. This switch is interlocked with the power supply of the high-precision pit furnace control cabinet. When the furnace cover is closed, the power is turned on. When the furnace cover is opened, the limit switch cuts off the control power supply to ensure safe operation. The high-precision pit furnace is equipped with an automatic temperature control cabinet and thermocouple when it leaves the factory.
