Product Concept
The fully automatic aluminum alloy quenching furnace is mainly used for rapid quenching and solution treatment of aluminum wheels, aluminum plates, aluminum castings and various aluminum alloy standard parts.
Structural introduction
1. The workpiece transfer time is short, ensuring the quenching (solid solution) heat treatment performance of aluminum alloy.
2. The furnace door is equipped with a cylinder self-locking mechanism to ensure reliable sealing.
3. A large-flow, high-pressure, heat-resistant circulating fan is used to ensure the furnace temperature uniformity of ±3-5℃.
4. Imported high-precision temperature PID control instrument, segmented and zoned control, temperature control accuracy ±1℃.
5. The material frame adopts a motor/hydraulic lifting mechanism to ensure that the material frame carries the workpiece and can be lifted up and down smoothly.
