Mesh belt tempering furnace

The mesh belt tempering furnace is a continuous operation electric furnace, which is used for tempering, annealing, drying and other treatments of small and medium-sized bearing rings, rollers, self-tapping screws and other parts produced in batches in a protective atmosphere.

 

Product Features

 

1. The mesh belt runs smoothly, the surface is bright after heat treatment, there is no decarburization, the hardness is uniform, and the deformation is small;

Product Structure

 

The main structure consists of furnace shell, furnace lining, muffle, mesh belt, transmission mechanism and electric control system.

The furnace shell and furnace cover are mainly made of steel plate bending and welding, with beautiful appearance.

 

The furnace lining adopts super energy-saving structure: the insulation layer of the furnace bottom lining is made of insulation bricks with a bulk density of 0.8, and the insulation layers on both sides are all made of aluminum silicate fiber. At the same time, there is a layer of asbestos board on the surface of the furnace shell (the thermal conductivity is small at low temperature); the insulation layer on the furnace cover adopts a full-fiber needle-punched blanket module, which is anchored on the furnace cover steel plate by a special method (commonly known as ceiling structure). This structure has many advantages such as good thermal insulation effect, low energy storage, small heat loss, good thermal shock resistance, and convenient inspection. It greatly improves the service life of the furnace lining. The parameters such as empty furnace power loss, furnace wall temperature rise, and furnace temperature uniformity of the electric furnace are better than the standard.

 

The muffle is made of heat-resistant stainless steel plate bent into a corrugated shape and welded, with high temperature strength.

The motor operates with stepless speed regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation control. It is driven by the main drive sprocket, and has auxiliary sprockets, limit pressure wheels, etc. to fix and tighten the mesh belt. It is equipped with a power-off protection device. When the power is off, the mesh belt is rotated by a manual booster tube to prevent the mesh belt from stopping due to power off, causing overburning of the workpiece in the furnace and burning of the mesh belt.
