Product structure
Furnace body: welded by steel plates and steel sections.
Regenerative combustion system: It consists of air and natural gas regenerative chamber, reversing system and control unit. It supplies heat through air regenerative burner and natural gas regenerative burner, and uses side-by-side decentralized reversing system to reverse the air and natural gas regenerative burner.
PLC intelligent control system: It can control the automatic or manual reversing of the reversing system, set over-temperature alarm and abnormal action alarm, and can also achieve full combustion, reduce CO emissions, and improve energy efficiency. Working principle
Combustion heating: After the natural gas and combustion-supporting air pass through the reversing system, they are sent to the regenerative burner through their respective gas pipelines, flow through the regenerative body to be preheated, and sprayed into the furnace through the nozzle for mixed combustion, generating a high-temperature flame to heat the workpiece in the furnace.
Waste heat recovery: The high-temperature flue gas after combustion undergoes heat exchange in the regenerative chamber, transfers most of the waste heat to the regenerative body, enters the reversing mechanism at about 100, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust system.
Reversing control: The PLC control system issues a command to reverse the gas flow. After reversing, air and natural gas are ejected from the nozzle on the other side and mixedly burned, and the original nozzle becomes a flue. Under the action of the exhaust fan, the high-temperature flue gas is discharged after passing through the regenerative body, completing a reversing cycle.
