The natural gas shell baking furnace is a continuous high-temperature shell baking production line, which is developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing similar products at home and abroad. The trolley adopts anti-collision sealing bricks, the furnace door adopts handwheel and spring-type automatic clamping mechanism, automatically seals the trolley and furnace door, and integrates the rails. It does not require foundation installation and can be used on the horizontal ground.

2. High calorific value and environmental protection Using natural gas, a high calorific value and low pollution energy source, to provide energy greatly improves the heating speed, realizes the automatic temperature control function, and saves energy and is environmentally friendly.

High quality of mold shell baking: The natural gas mold shell baking furnace adopts heat storage combustion technology and exhaust preheating recovery to accurately control the furnace temperature.
