Product structure
The structure of this electric furnace is mainly composed of a furnace body, a furnace core, a furnace cover, a vacuum device and a temperature control system. The outer shell of the furnace body is welded by steel and steel plates, and the furnace is built with aluminum silicate refractory fiber modules and ultra-light high-aluminum foam bricks. The corrugated strip heating element is fixed to the furnace lining cotton by high-aluminum porcelain nails. There is a furnace core made of heat-resistant plates welded in the furnace, and the workpiece to be processed is placed in the furnace core. A ventilator is installed on the furnace cover to force air circulation to make the temperature and gas in the furnace uniform. The furnace cover is sealed with the furnace core flange, and the vacuum device is connected to the furnace cover. The temperature control system adopts PID programmable control, with functions such as over-temperature alarm and fault self-diagnosis.
