Bell type annealing furnace

The bell type annealing furnace manufactured by our company includes a furnace table, an inner cover, a heating cover, a cooling system, and a microcomputer with high precision automatic control of the furnace temperature. The bell type annealing furnace is equipped with two furnace tables, two inner covers, and a heating cover. A cooling cover, when one furnace table is heating and heating and keeping warm, the other furnace table is in the cooling and unloading process. The heating cover alternately heats the two furnace tables to save energy and achieve continuous production.

The annealing process system of cold-rolled strip steel is mainly determined by factors such as the chemical composition of steel, the technical standards of the product, the size of the strip steel and the weight of the coil. The process system must ensure that there is no adhesion between the coil layers during production and no oxidation on the surface.

 

A. Determination of heating speed The heating speed of steel is mainly determined by the size of the thermal conductivity of steel. The carbon content and alloy content in steel have a great influence on heat conduction. If their content is high, the thermal conductivity is small, and the heating speed should be appropriately slow to avoid excessive temperature difference between the inside and outside, which causes uneven organization and performance. From room temperature to 400℃, the heating speed is generally not restricted. According to the principle of the crystallization process, the internal structure of the strip steel does not change significantly from room temperature to 400℃. The elongated grains in the rolling process have just recovered and have not yet formed recrystallization. Therefore, the faster the heating speed of the steel in this range, the better. The strip steel is heated from 400℃ to the holding temperature, and the heating speed has a considerable impact on the performance and surface quality of the strip steel. It is generally stipulated that the heating rate is 30-50℃/h. During the period when the strip steel is heated from 400℃ to the holding temperature below 723℃, it is the recrystallization formation stage. Therefore, the heating speed must be controlled in this temperature range.

 

B. Determination of holding temperature and holding time The recrystallization temperature of steel is not a fixed temperature. It is related to the internal structure state of the strip steel. The recrystallization temperature in actual production is selected according to the product in the range of 570-720℃. The holding temperature and holding time are mainly determined based on product standards, technical conditions, steel types and strip thickness. The holding time and holding temperature are also related to the coil weight and the thickness of the strip. The heavier the coil and the thicker the steel plate, the higher the holding temperature and the longer the holding time. For steel that is prone to interlayer bonding defects and thin strip steel, the holding temperature can be appropriately lower and the holding time can be shorter.

 

C. Bright annealing Bright annealing is necessary to prevent decarburization and oxidation of the strip steel. The key issue in preventing oxidation of annealed steel coils is that the pressure in the protective cover must meet the process requirements. In addition, cold blowing and hot blowing must be done carefully. The purpose of cold blowing and hot blowing is to use protective gas to drive away the air in the inner cover and the oil, gas and moisture brought in by the steel coil. The role of hot blowing is not only to further drive away the residual gas in the inner cover, but more importantly, to drive away all the harmful substances such as oil smoke and water vapor generated by the emulsion brought by the plate coil, so as to avoid contaminating the surface of the steel plate and reducing the surface quality of the steel plate.
