The furnaces generally use iodine tungsten lamps as heating elements, with extremely fast heating speed, using S-type thermocouples for temperature measurement and internationally leading fuzzy PID control, with high temperature control accuracy <±5℃>, and the rapid annealing furnace has a vacuum device that can work in a variety of atmospheres. It greatly improves its scope of use. Standard accessories required: 1 pair of high-temperature gloves, 1 thermocouple, 1 quartz tube, and 1 set of vacuum flanges.
