Aluminum Annealing Furnace

1. The annealing electric furnace consists of a furnace shell, a furnace lining, a furnace door, a charging trolley, a heating element, a heat circulation fan, a flow guide system and a temperature control system.

2. The furnace frame is made of channel steel welding, and the outer shell side plate is welded with Q235 steel plate. The structure is firm and reliable, the overall strength is good, it is not easy to deform, and the appearance is smooth and clean.

3. The furnace lining is a full-fiber structure. The fiber of the furnace lining is a standard type produced by Shandong Luyang Co., Ltd. using a vacuum wire spinning method. The module density after compression is ≥230Kg/m3, and the total thickness of the furnace lining is 240mm. Using a scientific and reasonable mounting method, this structure rarely has thermal bridge short circuit phenomenon. It is also a combination of flat stacking and production. It has good air tightness and has the advantages of firmness, reliability, easy maintenance, long service life, good energy saving effect, light weight of the furnace body, and small temperature rise of the furnace body shell.

4. The furnace top is equipped with a cooling hole, which is made of stainless steel into a barrel-shaped structure. A manual valve is provided on the cooling hole. This structure has the advantages of simple operation, convenience and good effect.
