The trolley type vacuum annealing furnace is a periodic operation furnace. It uses protective atmosphere (CO2 or N2) to prevent nonferrous metals or ferrous metals in the furnace from oxidation, so as to enhance the furnace temperature uniformity and increase the heating speed. It is suitable for copper bars, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, multi-element alloys, etc. It has high tensile strength and relatively consistent elongation for bright annealing treatment.

The bottom of the trolley type vacuum annealing furnace is a movable trolley. Before heating, the trolley is loaded outside the furnace, and the heating parts are placed on a special pad iron. Then the trolley is pulled into the furnace by the traction mechanism for heating. After heating, the trolley is pulled out of the furnace by the traction mechanism to unload the materials. Then, the heated workpiece is lifted to the forging equipment by a crane for processing. During operation, the thermocouple converts the furnace temperature into a voltage signal and adds it to the microcomputer temperature control regulator. The regulator compares this signal with the program control setting and inputs an adjustable signal. The adjustable signal is then used to control the trigger, and the trigger sends a voltage regulator to achieve the purpose of adjusting the furnace voltage and furnace temperature.
