Product Concept

The aluminum wire aging furnace includes an aging furnace body and a gas direct heating device. The gas direct heating device includes a combustion control valve group, a combustion air blower and a pipeline, and a gas burner. The gas burner is connected to the aging furnace through a sequentially connected combustion chamber and a heat dissipation tube. The useful new structure is simple. After the gas is completely burned in the combustion chamber and the heat dissipation tube in the furnace, the high-temperature combustion product is quickly mixed with the low-temperature (about 200°C) circulating air flow in the furnace to ensure safety and reliability and achieve safe production.

Product Structure

The structure of the aluminum wire aging furnace consists of a furnace body, a heating device, a control system and other parts.

The aluminum alloy aging furnace encloses a large space, and the furnace is closed by the front door and the rear wall, forming a space for heat exchange between hot air and aluminum profiles. The outside is made of A3 steel plate, which is continuously welded and reinforced with steel sections, with sufficient strength and good airtightness. Then use our factory's unique color paint, which is beautiful and useful. The inner panel is made of A3 steel plate, which is used for the thermal change of steel plate at room temperature ~ 250℃.

The furnace door adopts a rail design, and the furnace door is closed by the weight of the furnace door to ensure that the hot air does not leak out during heating. The opening and closing of the furnace door is driven by a cycloidal pin reducer, supplemented by a balancing weight, and the self-locking of the electromagnetic brake motor is used to prevent the furnace door from falling and ensure safe operation.

The material car is welded from steel sections. The furnace is heated by the material car. The material car is driven by a traction chain through a cycloidal pin reducer and a sprocket. The material car travels along the track, which is stable and reliable. The rails and the material frame in the material car are made and installed by the buyer.

The furnace is heated by a gas incinerator. The heated air is sent to the air outlet on the material car by a double-suction circulation fan, and sprayed to the product to be heated in layers through the fire air outlet. The smoke is discharged through the chimney to maintain normal combustion. The temperature in the furnace is measured by thermocouples reasonably distributed in front and behind the furnace, and the size of the firepower is controlled.
