The pit type aluminum alloy aging furnace is an energy-saving cycle-operated aging furnace, which is used for aging heat treatment of aluminum alloy die castings, aluminum profiles, pistons and other aluminum alloy parts under high uniform temperature. The product complies with the military standard GJB509-98-88 of the Ministry of Aviation Industry of China, and can be used in the aerospace and aviation aircraft manufacturing industries. The outer shell of the pit-type aluminum alloy aging furnace is made of steel plate and steel section to form a cylindrical furnace body, and the inner surface of the furnace cover is made of stainless steel plate. The furnace lining is built with ultra-lightweight energy-saving micro-bead refractory insulation bricks. The interlayer between the furnace lining and the furnace shell is insulated with aluminum silicate ultra-long fiber cotton, and the gap is filled with expanded insulation powder. It is a typical energy-saving furnace lining structure, saving 30%-40% electricity. The resistance wire is made of 0Cr25Al5 high-resistance alloy wire wound into a spiral shape and installed on the wire brick of the furnace. A stainless steel charging basket is placed in the furnace. The furnace cover is lifted and lowered by a manual lever, and the large furnace cover is lifted and lowered by an electric speed changer. In order to heat the workpiece evenly, a hot air circulation fan made of heat-resistant stainless steel shaft and fan blades is installed on the furnace cover. During the heating process of the workpiece, the hot air circulates up and down in the aluminum alloy aging furnace at a high speed to ensure uniform heating of the workpiece. In order to ensure safe operation, a limit switch is installed near the lifting mechanism. This switch is interlocked with the power supply of the aluminum alloy aging furnace control cabinet. The power is turned on when the furnace cover is closed (when working). When the furnace cover is opened, the limit switch cuts off the control power supply, so the power supply of the heating element is cut off at the same time to ensure safe operation. The pit type aluminum alloy aging furnace is equipped with an automatic temperature control cabinet and thermocouple when it leaves the factory.
