Product Concept
The Box type furnace is mainly used for alloy steel products, various molds normalizing, quenching, annealing and other heat treatments, or diamond saw blades for high-temperature sintering. Stainless steel nitrogen inlet pipes and valves are installed on the side of the furnace to adjust the air intake, which can play a simple protective atmosphere role and reduce the oxidation of workpieces.
Working principle
The box type furnace mainly heats the air or other media by installing the heating elements inside the box through energy such as electricity or gas to reach the required heating temperature. The furnace adopts a temperature control system, which can accurately control the temperature, time and lifting speed during the heating process to meet specific heating requirements. It can also adjust the internal environment of the heating furnace and improve the heating effect by adding some auxiliary equipment, such as fans, sprayers, etc.
