Oil Box Furnace

The oil box furnace is an energy-saving cycle operation box furnace, which adopts fuel oil, natural gas and liquefied gas heating methods. It is mainly used for gears, molds, various forging blanks, and rapid heating before forging. It can also be used for quenching, normalizing, annealing and other forging heat treatments of various mechanical parts.

The shell of the fuel box furnace is similar to the high-temperature box furnace. The shell is welded by steel plates and steel sections, and the furnace lining is insulated by vacuum high-aluminum energy-saving brick composite fiber. It adopts high-end imported burners from Italy, and can use fuel oil as fuel. The furnace has multiple points and multiple levels of combustion. The temperature of the box furnace and over-temperature protection are controlled by the temperature control system to make the temperature of each point in the furnace uniform.
