High temperature box furnace is mainly used for alloy steel products, various molds normalizing, quenching, annealing and other heat treatments, or diamond saw blades for high temperature sintering. Stainless steel nitrogen inlet pipes and valves are installed on the side of the furnace to adjust the air intake, which can play a simple protective atmosphere role and reduce the oxidation of workpieces.

The high temperature box furnace has an automatic safety protection device for opening and closing. There is a circuit breaker on the upper part of the furnace door. When the furnace door is opened, the power supply of the electric furnace is cut off. When heating is required, the furnace door must be completely closed to connect the circuit breaker to start heating, ensuring the safety of operators and reducing the use of box furnace failures. The heated workpiece is placed on the silicon carbide furnace bottom plate in the furnace. When in use, it is best to put a stainless steel plate on the bottom of the box furnace to prevent the workpiece from hitting the furnace bottom plate.

The shell of the high-temperature box furnace is welded by steel plates and steel sections. The furnace lining is built with ultra-lightweight energy-saving refractory insulation bricks, combined with high-purity aluminum silicate fiber wool for insulation. The electric heating element is made of high-temperature resistant alloy products 0Cr27Al7Mo2 and is placed on the two walls of the furnace and the wire bricks at the bottom of the furnace. There are two thermocouple holes on the top of the high-temperature box furnace. When in use, the thermocouple is inserted into the furnace, and the box furnace temperature and over-temperature protection are controlled by the temperature control system.
