Product Concept
The medium temperature box furnace is a national standard energy-saving cycle operation box furnace, mainly used for quenching, annealing, normalizing and other heat treatments of steel parts and various metal parts. Stainless steel nitrogen inlet pipes and valves are installed on the side of the furnace to adjust the air intake, which can play a simple protective atmosphere role and reduce the oxidation of workpieces. The working temperature is 950℃.
The shell of the medium temperature box furnace is welded by angle steel and steel plate. The furnace lining adopts high-purity high-aluminum energy-saving brick composite lining, which is a typical energy-saving furnace lining structure. High-temperature and high-resistance alloy heating elements are installed in the furnace. When the furnace door is opened, the circuit breaker automatically protects and cuts off the power supply.
