Product Concept
The tilting crucible melting furnace is mainly used for rapid melting of aluminum ingots, aluminum liquid insulation, and aluminum casting. It forms an automatic production line with a die-casting machine. It can also be used to melt lead and form a battery production line. The enhanced type uses a 1200℃ high temperature resistant Cr25Ni20Si2 (310S) crucible, and the furnace temperature can reach 1100℃, realizing high-temperature rapid aluminum melting; the standard type uses a Cr9Si2 heat-resistant steel crucible, the crucible has an operating temperature of 850℃, and adopts a double-cylinder hydraulic tilting furnace. The stable and efficient tilting mechanism is conducive to the automation of the aluminum melting furnace production line, planning a more advanced aluminum melting furnace workshop, and a simpler aluminum melting operation method. After melting aluminum, the aluminum liquid can be transferred to the aluminum liquid insulation furnace and the die-casting machine.

Product structure
The tilting crucible melting furnace integrates the control system and the furnace. The furnace insulation material is integrally vacuum adsorbed and formed, with program-controlled inlaid resistance wire, large-caliber quartz furnace chamber and vacuum sealing flange system. It can quickly heat samples in a flowing atmosphere and vacuum state. It is mainly used for sintering, melting and analysis of metals, non-metals and compound materials. The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature regulator to control the power switch for observation at any time.
