High-efficiency bogie-type resistance furnace are widely used for the heat treatment of various metal workpieces. Common workpieces include: cast steel parts and wear-resistant parts, such as high manganese steel liners, crusher hammers, rolls, and steel balls; and cast iron parts, such as ductile iron and gray cast iron.
Our Jiangsu Jiuding Industrial Furnace produces high-efficiency bogie-type resistance furnace furnace, developed based on the assimilation and absorption of similar products from both domestic and international sources. It is primarily used for the heat treatment of workpieces. It features rapid heating, uniform furnace temperature, full utilization of the heat source, energy saving, and high efficiency, making it one of the most ideal and versatile heat treatment equipment. Combined with an electrical control system, it achieves automatic control of furnace temperature and operation.

I. High-efficiency bogie-type resistance furnace of basic project requirements
1) This equipment must comply with national and industry standards, possess advanced and reliable structure, mature technology, a good appearance, complete and reliable safety devices, reasonable material selection, precision manufacturing, excellent performance, long precision retention period, and suitability for long-term continuous production.
2) This equipment must be brand new (including parts, components, and accessories). The selected mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic electrical components must be advanced, high-quality, reliable, and compatible with relevant international standards promulgated by ISO. When major components are purchased (outsourced), they must be original, qualified products from well-known companies, with no inferior parts. The equipment should have reliable safety protection, automatic alarm, and automatic shutdown functions.
3) The equipment should have good static and dynamic rigidity and be easy to maintain. The user interface is simple and intuitive. The seller possesses reliable product manufacturing and quality assurance capabilities. The units of measurement for all parts, instruments, and meters in the equipment are metric, and the design and manufacture of all components and instruments should conform to international standards.
4) All parts and components used should be interchangeable, well-sealed, and free from impact and oil leakage.
5) Equipment markings: Upon final acceptance, metal equipment nameplates will be made according to the buyer's requirements, including equipment name, model, basic parameters, equipment number, and manufacturer.
6) The control system equipment power supply is AC 50Hz~60Hz, 380/220V±10% (three-phase five-wire system). This applies to ambient temperatures of -20℃~45℃ and relative humidity ≤90%.
7) All equipment components, instruments, and drawings should conform to ISO and IEC standards or other equivalent standards.
8) The technical parameters designed and manufactured by the seller must meet the technical requirements specified by the buyer.
9) The equipment manufactured by the seller must comply with relevant national standards for safe use. 3. Environment and Working Conditions

2) Operating Temperature: -20~45℃.
3) Relative Humidity: ≤90%.

13) All cables are reliably insulated, possess heat resistance suitable for their operating environment, and have external force protection measures. Parts that rub against metal components are additionally coated with an anti-friction layer, and cable supports should be moisture-proof.
14) All wires, cables, gas pipes, etc., are laid in a standardized, reasonable, and aesthetically pleasing manner.
15) The outer walls are coated with heat-resistant primer and topcoat consistent with the furnace's outer wall temperature. The base color should coordinate with the user's combined plant color scheme. Warning areas must also have warning colors. All color combinations should conform to the overall aesthetic, and the coating process should be carried out in accordance with relevant national standards.
16) All electrical components, instruments, and other purchased parts are imported or domestically renowned brand products. All suppliers hold production licenses, are approved by relevant authorities, and have proven their products to be of excellent quality through industrial operation testing.
