Large Trolley Furnace

The large trolley furnace is an energy-saving periodic operation furnace. The furnace chamber is not divided into zones. The furnace is often used for heat treatment and heating of workpieces. It uses various combustion gases as the medium and then burns and heats with various burners. The temperature can reach 1200℃. It uses composite fiber insulation, automatically seals the trolley and furnace door, and integrates the rail connection. It does not require foundation installation and can be placed on a horizontal ground for use.

The bottom of the furnace is a movable trolley. Before heating, the trolley is loaded outside the furnace, and the heating parts are placed on a special pad. The traction mechanism pulls the trolley into the furnace. After heating, the traction mechanism pulls the trolley out of the furnace to unload.

Good energy-saving effect:
The lining of furnace body is all made of high-aluminum refractory fiber. Compared with refractory bricks, the thermal conductivity and heat capacity are small, so the thickness of the refractory layer is small and the heat absorption is greatly reduced. The high-speed temperature-adjusting burner system has a large ejection speed, which effectively stirs the furnace gas trolley furnace gas to make the furnace temperature uniform, and the burner system burns completely, so that the fuel is fully utilized.

High degree of automation:
The furnace door and furnace car of the urnace are all electric, with an operating console, and the operator can easily control the operation of the furnace door and furnace car. The furnace door and furnace car have travel control, and can automatically stop running when the limit is reached to ensure the safety of the operation of the furnace.
