Product Concept
The segmented bogie furnace is changed from the standard trolley furnace. It is mainly suitable for heating in heat treatment workshops in steel mills, special steel, mechanical processing, chemical machinery, heavy industry, metallurgy, casting, forging, flange rings, steel components, wire drawing, environmental protection equipment, machinery supporting enterprises, loaders, diesel engines, military industry and other industries.
The equipment is divided into high-temperature furnace, medium-temperature furnace and low-temperature tempering furnace. The maximum operating temperature of the high-temperature furnace is within 1200℃, the medium-temperature furnace is within 950℃, and the low-temperature tempering furnace is within 650℃. They are selected according to their respective product characteristics. The size and load of the segmented bogie furnace are ordered according to customer requirements.
The control adopts contactor, thyristor, solid state, module, electronic digital display, intelligent digital display, computer, PID, PLC, remote control, centralized control, programming control, and records with central circle diagram, long circle diagram multi-point paper recorder, and LCD paperless recorder can also be used for recording.

Product structure
The furnace body structure of the equipment is made of modules made of all-fiber aluminum silicate spinning blanket, the furnace bottom is built with lightweight insulation bricks and heavy refractory bricks, the heating elements are heated by resistance wires and resistance belts, the furnace body shell of the equipment is made of steel plates and steel sections, the furnace door and trolley are mechanically driven; the specific configuration of the carbide tool is designed and equipped according to the customer and furnace temperature requirements.
