Product Concept

Nitrogen protection bright copper annealing furnace is mainly used in non-ferrous industry. It is used for bright non-oxidation annealing of copper materials such as copper tubes, copper plates, copper wires, and copper rods under protective atmosphere. Copper materials are heated in air. Because the furnace gas contains a large amount of O2, CO2, and H2O, the surface of the copper materials is oxidized or even burned. The use of controlled atmosphere heating can greatly reduce the oxygen content and the content of oxidizing atmosphere in the furnace. The non-oxidation or less-oxidation heating of copper materials can greatly improve the surface quality of the copper materials after annealing, and the pickling process can be removed, which not only saves energy but also improves production efficiency.
Product Structure
The structure of nitrogen protection bright copper annealing furnace is a pit-type vacuum furnace structure. The outer shell is continuously sealed and welded by steel plates and steel sections. The furnace lining adopts a full-fiber furnace lining structure. The insulation material adopts high-purity ceramic fiber material with the best insulation performance, which saves 30% energy compared with ordinary aluminum silicate fiber. Some specifications of bright annealing furnaces use composite structure linings, 0.6g/cm3 ultra-lightweight energy-saving refractory masonry, and aluminum silicate fiber is placed after the lining to make the bright annealing furnace have good heating and insulation performance, and the gap is filled with insulation expansion insulation powder.
The furnace is made of stainless steel plate or carbon steel plate rolled into a round shape, double-sided welding is adopted, and it is tested by X-ray non-destructive flaw detection in the flaw detection room. The furnace cover adopts an insulated internal water-cooled type, the furnace and the furnace cover are sealed with water-cooled vacuum rubber rings, and the furnace and the furnace body are sealed with sand troughs.
The temperature control system of the copper bright annealing furnace is automatically controlled by the matching temperature control cabinet, 30KW single zone, 75KW and 90KW are 2 zones, 150KW is 3 zones temperature control, the furnace cover is equipped with nitrogen inlet pipe, exhaust pipe, pressure gauge, vacuum exhaust pipe, and a 2X rotary vane vacuum pump is equipped with the furnace.
